1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ok25 ("Platform", "We", or "ok25") regarding the use of all services, games, and features available through the ok25.onl website and the ok25 mobile app.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ok25 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document and all documents referenced herein, including the ok25 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use ok25 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual registering in your own name — not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• Not be on the ok25 platform self-exclusion list or any registered gambling exclusion scheme.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a country where the use of ok25 services is prohibited by local law.
• Not hold more than one active account on the ok25 platform at any time.
• Able to make independent financial decisions and not under any influence that impairs judgment.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account ok25 only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. A Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be conducted to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is approved. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport and proof of current address.

• Your account password is entirely your responsibility — ok25 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• You must notify ok25 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ok25 reserves the right to freeze accounts showing unusual or suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted.
• Account details such as name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification without specific approval from ok25.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ok25 supports a wide range of payment methods including FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and others), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM30.

All withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes or less, any time of day including weekends and public holidays, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with the applicable bonus terms.

• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method and be under the same name as your ok25 account.
• Ok25 does not accept payments from third parties or bank accounts not registered under the member's name.
• For anti-money laundering purposes, ok25 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Ok25 does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals — however, bank or e-wallet platform charges may apply.
• Ok25 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation into account activity is ongoing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ok25 offers a wide range of bonuses to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirement and eligibility criteria, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

General terms applicable to all ok25 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stipulated time period — unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.
• Ok25 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or member coordination to exploit promotions.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another member.
• For withdrawals involving a bonus balance, the minimum amount required to be wagered is as stated in the terms of each promotion.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the ok25 platform — including live casino, slot machines, table games, and sports betting — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or professionally trained live dealers. All game results are final and cannot be disputed on purely technical grounds.

• Members are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before starting any gaming session.
• Ok25 is not responsible for any losses arising from connection interruptions on the member's end.
• Any technical fault on the ok25 platform side that renders a round result invalid will result in the bet being returned to the member.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technological method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless specifically stated in the relevant game rules.

7 Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok25 platform and may result in immediate account closure without refund of balance:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or circumvent betting limits.
• Using any software, scripts, bots, or automated methods to play or interact with the platform.
• Transferring funds between different ok25 accounts through unofficial arrangements.
• Collaborating with other members to guarantee wins or minimize risk through coordinated means (match betting or illegal arbitrage).
• Using the ok25 platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Abusing the customer support system with false complaints or threats.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ok25 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members through the designated channels.
• Business or regulatory compliance considerations requiring account closure.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ok25 customer support team at any time. Any valid account balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonuses will be processed for withdrawal within 7 working days.

9 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Ok25 takes your privacy seriously. All personal information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the ok25 Privacy Policy, which complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. ok25 only shares necessary information with specific parties such as payment service providers and regulatory bodies in situations required by law.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ok25 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the ok25 platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ok25's control, including internet infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Data loss caused by factors beyond ok25's reasonable control.
• Third-party actions resulting in unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence, such as sharing your password.

Ok25's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your ok25 account in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the ok25 platform, members are encouraged to contact the ok25 customer support team first via live chat or email. ok25 is committed to resolving all valid complaints within 3 working days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a recognized independent arbitration body. All disputes will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

• The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
• Arbitration costs will be borne by the losing party unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
• Members may not file a collective class action lawsuit against ok25.

12 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Ok25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
